✅ Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Please note: Used or opened items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty.
📦 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if damaged or incorrect.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or wrongly delivered items. If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong item or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping.
In other cases, the customer is responsible for return courier charges.
